Fishing league beginning May 1
The Stutsman County Wildlife Fishing League begins May 1, and will be held every Tuesday from May through July.

“We fish every Tuesday, and each week it’s at a designated lake,” said Amanda Krueger, SCWFL chairperson. “We go to Spiritwood one week, the Jamestown Reservoir another, and Pipestem another, and it goes by points.”
Anglers can fish offshore or from a boat. You must provide transportation.
Everybody is welcome to join. The membership fee is $15.
There will be an end of the year tournament on July 31 at Spiritwood Lake.
