Woman killed in car crash near Tolna identified

Authorities have identified an 86-year-old woman who died when her car crashed into another vehicle near Tolna in northeastern North Dakota.

TOLNA, N.D. (AP) — Authorities have identified an 86-year-old woman who died when her car crashed into another vehicle near Tolna in northeastern North Dakota.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says Rosadell Flaagan of Pekin was traveling on a Nelson County road when she pulled into an intersection and hit another car.

The Highway Patrol says Flaagan didn't yield the right of way at the intersection.

A 23-year-old woman was driving the second car. Emily Danduran of Grand Forks was taken to hospital in McVille (MACK’-ville). Her 2-year-old passenger wasn't injured.
