BISMARCK (AP) — A trial for two Mercer County men charged in a shooting that left one man dead has been moved to Bismarck.
The Bismarck Tribune reported that the trial for 29-year-old Richard Whitman and 24-year-old Cody Borner will start June 25 at the Burleigh County Courthouse and is expected to last five days.
Whitman and Borner are accused of going to a Beulah apartment Jan. 31 and fatally shooting Michael Padilla. Timothy Padilla was wounded.
