Germans From Russia to meet

Germans From Russia Heritage Society, James Valley Chapter, will meet at 7 p.m. Friday at the James River Senior and Community Center.

Shirley Nitschke of Jamestown will present a program. Her topic is “Insight to Understanding the Characteristic of the Germans From Russia.” She is also the author of two books. Following her presentation will be a time of food and fellowship.

A business meeting, with election of officers and other business, like the cleaning of Falk Park, will follow the lunch. The public is invited. Any questions, call 252-4582.

Germans From Russia Heritage Society will be celebrating its 41st convention in July in Bismarck.
