FARGO (AP) — A biotech company is considering the Fargo school board’s latest offer to sell a former school building.

Aldevron does medical research into genetics and blood proteins. The company wants more space near North Dakota State University.

The Fargo school district wants to sell the former Woodrow Wilson alternative school building to Aldevron for $700,000.
