ND woman pleads guilty to manslaughter charge

Twenty-seven-year-old Ivanna Red Bow pleaded guilty Tuesday to a charge of voluntary manslaughter in U.S. District Court.
Prosecutors Red Bow stabbed Loren Uses Arrow in the chest during an argument and Uses Arrow died.
Red Bow faces a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when she is sentenced July 30.
