Police: Moose spotted in Fargo city limits

Fargo police say a moose has been spotted wandering around inside the city limits.

FARGO (AP) — Fargo police say a moose has been spotted wandering around inside the city limits.

Police Lt. Joel Vettel told the Forum newspaper that the moose is being left alone because it had not caused any problems as of Friday.

Vettel said the animal is being monitored by the North Dakota Game and Fish Department. He said moose sightings are not unusual in the area.
