Damages reported in parking lot crash

More than $5,000 in damage was reported after a Friday crash in a Jamestown parking lot, according to the Jamestown Police Department. The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. in the Hugo’s parking lot.

More than $5,000 in damage was reported after a Friday crash in a Jamestown parking lot, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. in the Hugo’s parking lot.

Perihan Zimmerman, 42, 1721 Seventh Ave. NE, was driving a 2005 Ford westbound in the parking lot.

Nancy Vigessa, 59, Kensal, N.D., was driving a 2007 Ford passenger car southbound in Hugo’s parking lot alley. The report said Vigessa never saw Zimmerman and Zimmerman hit Vigessa.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts. No injuries were reported.

There was $3,000 in damage to Zimmerman’s Ford and $2,500 to Vigessa’s Ford.

Vigessa was cited for care required.
