Letter to the editor: Obama has earned a failing grade for his leadership

Students are evaluated on performance. I shall likewise evaluate President Barack Obama with a failing grade in his leadership. He does not listen or care what the citizens say. He lacks common sense and spends tax dollars like they grow on trees. He added more jobs for his high-maintenance wife’s staff of two dozen or more. He stresses college for everyone; unless one was born with a silver spoon that was not possible. Believe you, many of us old-timers would rather have sat in halls of education than under hardships, many know nothing about.

A good education is certainly important, but there’s more to life and an education is attainable if one can read. Wealthy Bill Gates never graduated college, nor President George Washington or President Abraham Lincoln.

Obama’s political correctness in often changing terminology amounts to deception, lies, abuse of power and a cover-up as to what he’s trying to accomplish, not only in not offending his Muslim leaders, but in keeping the people in the dark.

With our nation’s problems, Obama constantly appears on TV talk shows, entertaining Hollywood celebrities, campaigning about a year and a half before the election. He gloats about all his history making. Instead of those who put their lives on the line, he took the glory of taking Osama bin Laden down. God in Holy Scripture specifically states “I will not give my glory to anyone.”

To a reporter’s question, Obama said he is a Christian.

Oh really! A genuine Bible-believing Christian cannot support abortion. How can the slaughter of innocent babies on a sterile field be humane? That even doctors differ, as to when life begins. Now, would you care to have a physician who doesn’t know when life begins, nor ends?

Wake up America! We cannot now, or ever, let down those who so bravely fought and died for this nation. It’s certainly going to take “Amazing Grace.”
