Patrol captain resigns after drunken driving arrest in Minnesota
A North Dakota Highway Patrol commander has resigned following a March drunk driving arrest in Minnesota.
FARGO (AP) — A North Dakota Highway Patrol commander has resigned following a March drunk driving arrest in Minnesota.
KFGO radio reported that Capt. Kevin Robson was the commander of the patrol’s Grand Forks regional office.
He was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving southeast of Bemidji, Minn., on March 10.
Patrol Superintendent James Prochniak said Robson was a valued employee in his 15 years with the agency.
Robson supervised 29 officers in a seven-county region.
