ND man sentenced to 7 years on child porn charge
A North Dakota man has been sentenced to seven years in prison on a federal child pornography charge.
BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) — A North Dakota man has been sentenced to seven years in prison on a federal child pornography charge.
Eric Rambough, of Mandan, pleaded guilty to possession of materials depicting the sexual exploitation of minors. The charge carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.
Authorities say the 41-year-old Rambough was found in possession of three videos on his cell phone that depicted child pornography.
The videos were allegedly discovered on the phone by a member of Rambough's household.
