A homeless man accused of kicking at a Bismarck couple’s door and ordering them to come out with their hands up faces a felony charge.
BISMARCK (AP) — A homeless man accused of kicking at a Bismarck couple’s door and ordering them to come out with their hands up faces a felony charge.
The Bismarck Tribune reported that 52-year-old Terrance Gourneau was charged Friday with felony attempted criminal trespass and a misdemeanor charge of impersonating officials. His bond was set at $15,000.
Authorities said a couple called police Thursday around 5:30 p.m. to report a man banging on their door and trying to kick it in. The man said he had a search warrant and ordered the couple to come out with their hands up.
