Retiring gift shop managers Darlene Kropp, Joyce Roorda and Carolyn Exner were applauded for a job well done over the last 25 years. The gift shop has always been a major fundraiser for the auxiliary.
The JRMC Auxiliary is hosting the state convention of Hospital Auxiliaries of North Dakota in Mandan Thursday. Most hospitals in the state are represented, and it is an opportunity to exchange ideas and to recognize and support health care volunteers through North Dakota.
The annual Tea for All Seasons will be held Sept. 13 at Trinity Lutheran Church.
Plants from Arnie’s Acres are available at the hospital again this year on May 22, beginning at 7:30 am. Geraniums, tomatoes and a few flower plants will be sold.
Audrey Barnes won the door prize.
Members voted on the 2011 Auxilian of the Year, who will be announced at the annual volunteer luncheon sometime this summer.
