One person injured in two-car crash

One person was injured following a Saturday car crash, according to the Jamestown Police Department. The accident happened around 4:40 p.m. on the 100 block of Fifth Street Northeast.

One person was injured following a Saturday car crash, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

The accident happened around 4:40 p.m. on the 100 block of Fifth Street Northeast.

Kay Kuder, 55, 1014, Second Ave. NW., was driving a 1995 Buick passenger car, westbound on the 100 block of Fifth Street.

Kuder struck the rear of a parked 1991 Ford, which rolled forward and struck the rear of a parked and 1984 Ford.

Kuder was transported by ambulance to Jamestown Regional Medical Center for possible injuries. She was wearing her seat belt.

Damage was estimated at $6,000 to the Buick, $4,000 to the 1991 Ford and $1,000 to the 1984 Ford.

Kuder was cited for care required.
