P-B students learn about animals

Submitted photo Kevin Vogel, Sanborn, Minn., traveled to Pingree-Buchanan Elementary School and introduced students to some creatures that few people get to see up close. The students learned about each animal’s habitat and the special adaptations they’ve acquired to survive in their environment. Pictured, from left, with Vogel, who is walking a honey bear monkey across the students’ arms, are Braxton Heinle, Cole Kautzman and Niara Thu.
