‘On the Issues’ in today’s Sun

The Jamestown Sun begins its “On the Issues” election series with candidates for Jamestown Public School Board answering five questions posed by The Sun.

The Jamestown Sun begins its “On the Issues” election series with candidates for Jamestown Public School Board answering five questions posed by The Sun.

Melissa Gleason and Terry Anderson are both seeking the lone rural seat being vacated by Gary Peterson, who is not seeking re-election.

Gail Martin, Dina Laskowski, Roger Haut and Diane Hanson are each seeking one of three seats available on the board. Martin is seeking re-election. Hanson is running for her first four-year term, after serving one year on the board after Scott Walch resigned. Haut and Laskowski are running for the first time. Rosemary McDougall opted not to seek re-election.
