Jamestown man pleads guilty to theft
One person was sentenced on a felony charge in Southeast District Court. Nikos E. Lee, 19, 8220 33rd St. SE, pleaded guilty to theft of property, a Class C felony.

Lee was accused of stealing copper wire valued at more than $500 on or about Dec. 7, 2011.
Judge Thomas E. Merrick sentenced Lee to a two-year deferred imposition of sentence along with two years of supervised probation. He was ordered to pay a $400 criminal administration fee, $100 defense/facility administration fee, $25 indigent defense application fee, $25 victim-witness fee and to make $610 in restitution.
In the same proceeding Lee also pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class A misdemeanor, and possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) by a driver, a Class B misdemeanor.
Lee was accused of possessing equipment used to ingest controlled substances and possession of less than one-half ounce of marijuana on or about Dec. 15, 2011.
On those charges, Merrick sentenced Lee to two years deferred imposition and he was ordered not to own or possess a firearm for two years. Lee was also sentenced to pay an additional $100 defense/facility administration fee.
A Class C felony is punishable by five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. A Class A misdemeanor is punishable by one year in prison and a $2,000 fine. A Class B misdemeanor is punishable by 30 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.
