Public input sought on issues

The Jamestown City Council will conduct a public input meeting at 5 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 102 Third Ave. SE, Jamestown. The meeting will involve:

The Jamestown City Council will conduct a public input meeting at 5 p.m. Monday at City Hall, 102 Third Ave. SE, Jamestown.

The meeting will involve:

* possible ordinance changes and a policy relating to the handling of dead animals by city personnel and the public relative to disposal.

* policy relating to acceptance of foreign material at the municipal and solid waste disposal facilities.

The purpose of the meeting is to allow the public an opportunity to comment and provide assistance to the City Council in determining future ordinance changes/policies. Copies of the proposed changes can be obtained at City Hall or viewed on the city website at jamestownnd.org under the government tab/public notices.
