May 18: 12:27 p.m., fire department heavy rescue responded to 16 miles south of Jamestown on U.S. Highway 281 to a report of a person needing extrication from vehicle. Firefighters assisted emergency medical services. Cause: semi and vehicle accident. No firefighter injuries. Time out: 1 hour.
May 20: 12:27 p.m., fire department hazardous materials team responded to 1600 16th St. SW to a report of a fuel leak. Firefighters used dirt to stop the fuel from running into the storm water drain. Time out: 45 minutes.
May 22: 7:13 p.m., fire department heavy rescue responded to seven miles north of Jamestown on U.S. Highway 281 to a report of person/s needing extrication. Firefighters extricated one person from the vehicle. Cause: vehicle rollover. No firefighter injuries. Time out: 1 hour, 30 minutes.
