Ruscheinsky is top JRCC employee

Registered Nurse Roger Ruscheinsky was chosen as employee of the month for April for the James River Correctional Center. Ruscheinsky’s supervisors said he shows up for work early, stays late and comes in on his days off if needed. He is always optimistic and helps to keep everyone working in the electronic medical system. Ruscheinsky is not only a great nurse but a great friend to staff as well. Ruscheinsky is deserving of the award due to his work ethic and the contributions he brings to the JRCC.
