Jamestown Business Loop East traffic opening up Thursday

Jamestown Business Loop East will open traffic Thursday.

Fourteenth Street Southeast will be open to traffic beginning at 7 a.m. Thursday.

Thirteenth, 15th and 16th Avenues will also be open to traffic at 7 a.m. Thursday.

Construction activity will continue in this area and everyone is encouraged to use caution and follow all traffic control devices.
