One person caused an estimated $13,000 in damage when he crashed into two parked cars Tuesday, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
The accident happened around 4 a.m. on the 600 block of First Avenue South.

Otterson then fled the scene without reporting the incident and he and his vehicle were found one block west on Second Avenue Southwest.
No injuries were reported and he was wearing a seat belt.
There was an estimated $2,500 in damage to Otterson’s Pontiac, $10,000 to the parked Pontiac and $500 to the Dodge.
Otterson was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and cited for fail to give immediate notice of accident.
