NDDOT to offer toll-free number

Customers interested in calling the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will now be able to use a toll free number when conducting business.

Customers interested in calling the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) will now be able to use a toll free number when conducting business.

When dialing the new number, customers will be greeted with a recorded message prompting them to choose the Division which they wish to contact.

The new toll free number is 1-855-NDROADS (1-855-637-6237).

This is the first time NDDOT has offered customers a toll free number.

The new number will provide customers with a more centralized way to access the services they desire more quickly and efficiently by allowing them to choose from a menu of options including motor vehicle services, driver’s licenses, oversize/overweight permits and construction or they will be able to contact an operator who will assist them in reaching the appropriate personnel at the Department.
