Boat safety class set for Thursday

A boat safety class is at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Thursday at Lakeside Marina. This class is free and open to the public.

The Jamestown Parks Program will be attending the 10 a.m. session. Parents are responsible for transportation to and from the reservoir. There will be no supervised activities at Meidinger, Nickeus, McElroy Parks or Wilson Arena that morning. The parks program will reopen at 1 p.m.

In case of inclement weather, the class will be held at the Game and Fish Department Building. For more information, contact the Jamestown Parks and Recreation office at 252-3982.
