Public meetings
Meeting to gather input on the James River Feasibility Study, 6 to 8 p.m., Carrington City Library, 87 Eighth Ave. N. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and James River Joint Water Resource District will give brief opening presentation followed by study overview, information and input.
