Open house set for Werner anniversary

Roy and Mary Werner, Jamestown, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary at an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. June 24 at the Gladstone Inn & Suites, Jamestown. No gifts requested.

Roy and Mary Werner, Jamestown, will celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary at an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. June 24 at the Gladstone Inn & Suites, Jamestown. No gifts requested.

They were married June 25, 1947, in Jamestown.

They have five children; Mary Werner, Gilmer, Texas, Ron, Fargo, N.D., Carol Werner, Amarillo, Texas, Jim (Karla), Spokane, Wash., and Dan (Cindy), Bismarck, N.D.; 10 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
