A ceremony honoring the American flag and an official flag retirement ceremony, 7 p.m., Fort Seward in Jamestown. Following a short program, the Girl Scouts of Jamestown will conduct the retirement ceremony.

Public meetings
Frontier Village Association, 1 p.m., Frontier Fort.
Meeting to gather input on the James River Feasibility Study, 6 to 8 p.m., First State Bank Mall, Omega Room, 100 First Ave. SW, LaMoure. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and James River Joint Water Resource District will give brief opening presentation followed by study overview, information and input.
