ND man charged with possessing child porn
GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) — A 60-year-old man has been charged in state district court in Grand Forks on a felony charge of possessing child pornography.

The Grand Forks Herald reports (http://bit.ly/KRvFed ) that James Francis Miller was arrested Sunday. He appeared in court on Monday, and his bail was set at $20,000 cash or surety.
Prosecutors say they found thousands of images on a hard-drive in Miller's home containing child pornography.
Miller is being held at the Grand Forks County Corrections. A message left at the facility for Miller was not immediately returned.
A preliminary hearing in the case has been set for Aug. 8. Miller faces a maximum sentence of five years in prison and a $5,000 fine if convicted.
