Fire reported at old C.H. Carpenter building

The Jamestown Fire Department was dispatched to the area north of the old C.H. Carpenter building Tuesday evening to put out some pallets that were reportedly on fire.

The call to respond to the fire went out at about 5:20 p.m. The building is located in southeast Jamestown near the Fourth Avenue viaduct.
