Herman Taxidermy increases lead

Ten of the 13 teams in the Stutsman County Fishing League had point totals of 10 or more in the eighth week of action on Tuesday night at Pipestem.

Mike and Chase Herman’s Herman Taxidermy team again led the way with a big 26-point outing to stretch its overall league leading total to 101 points.

Kyle Heim’s The 9 was third for the week with 17 and is third overall with 86 points. Team Ranger, led by Casey Dodgson is second for the season with 91 points.

Ryan Krueger’s Stan’s Bait & Tackle had the second-highest total with 18 points.

Five more weeks are planned with the last date scheduled for July 24.
