NDSU AD Taylor cited for award
NDSU athletics director Gene Taylor has been named one of 29 winners of the Under Armor AD of the Year Award.
NDSU athletics director Gene Taylor has been named one of 29 winners of the Under Armor AD of the Year Award.
Taylor received the Football Championship Subdivision Central Region honor, one of four FCS winners recognized. It is the second Under Armor award for Taylor, who also won in 2008.
Since taking over as AD at NDSU in 2001, the program’s budget has tripled from $5 million to $15 million and the athletics program is two-thirds complete in the $32 million Building the Competitive Edge campaign to construct the Sanford Health Athletic Complex.
