NDSU finishes in top 10 in Capital One Cup

NDSU finished tied for 10th in the second annual Capital One Cup.

NDSU finished tied for 10th in the second annual Capital One Cup.

NDSU finished with 60 points primarily due to their Football Championship Subdivision national championship and ended up tied with Loyola-Maryland.

Schools earn points based on top 10 finishes of their teams in the 19 men’s and 20 women’s sports.

Florida won the Cup with 104 points. Arizona, recent winner of the College World Series, placed second with 90 points. UCLA (82), LSU (78) and North Carolina (75) rounded out the top five.
