The jury in the case against two men accused in a fatal North Dakota shooting will continue deliberating today.

BISMARCK (AP) — The jury in the case against two men accused in a fatal North Dakota shooting will continue deliberating today.

Twenty-nine-year-old Richard Whitman and 24-year-old Cody Borner have pleaded not guilty to a murder conspiracy charge in the Jan. 31 death of 22-year-old Mike Padilla in his apartment and the wounding of his 21-year-old brother, Timothy Padilla of Billings, Mont.

The Bismarck Tribune reported that the 12 jurors will return today. The judge gave final instructions to the jury Wednesday afternoon before releasing a 13th juror that had listened to testimony as an alternate.
