Items donated by Cleveland Indians designated hitter Travis Hafner are shown in a photo recently.

The jersey worn by Hafner, two game-used bats and two autographed balls will be part of several items included in the silent auction during the North Dakota Sports Hall of Fame induction ceremonies July 14 at the Jamestown Civic Center. Activities begin at 5:30 p.m. with the induction at 7.

Former Hillsboro basketball coach Ed Beyer and two former Major Leaguers — Darin Erstad and Rick Helling — will receive the Cliff Cushman award and be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Among the other known items to be auctioned off include an autographed jersey of Chicago White Sox manager Robin Ventura. More will be announced in the coming days.

Sponsorships for a table of six for the event cost $200, which includes six tickets, table signage, bottle of wine, private dessert and an ad in the program.

Individual tickets cost $30.
