Ratts to be honored on 90th birthday

Harold Ratts will be honored on his 90th birthday with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. July 7 at the James River Senior and Community Center, 502 10th Ave. SE. No gifts requested.

He was born Nov. 16, 1922.

Harold has five sons, Don, Montpelier, N.D., Gary, Missouri, Jerry, North Carolina, and Robert and Frank, Washington; two daughters, Carol Erickson, Arizona, Audrey Otto, Arkansas; 15 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
