Parks and rec to hold Kids’ Carnival

The Jamestown Parks Program will be hosting a Kids’ Carnival in McElroy Park from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, in conjunction with the car show taking place in the park for White Cloud Days. There will be air games and face painting at the event for kids.
