MINOT, N.D. (AP) — A western North Dakota man is accused of dealing drugs near a school.
Kyle Miller is charged in federal court with two counts of distribution of methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of school. He has pleaded not guilty.
Authorities say the exchanges took place on Dec. 1 and Dec. 7. No further details were available.
Miller made his first court appearance earlier this week in Minot. Trial has been scheduled for Sept. 4.
