Fargo couple arrested in Indiana
A man and woman who went on the run after the woman’s daughter told police he sexually assaulted her have been arrested in Indiana.
FARGO — A man and woman who went on the run after the woman’s daughter told police he sexually assaulted her have been arrested in Indiana.
A warrant for the arrest of Anthony Sells, 37, was issued in Cass County District Court last week charging him with gross sexual imposition of a victim who was less than 15 years old, a Class AA felony. His girlfriend, the victim’s mother, a 34-year-old Fargo woman, was charged with a felony charge of hindering law enforcement.
Deputy U.S. marshals and officers with the Great Lakes Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested the couple about 8 a.m. Tuesday at a hotel in Merrillville, Ind., where they were staying.
