Joseph, Townies top LaMoure

The Jamestown Tarno Townies improved to 6-1 on the season with a 9-3 win over LaMoure on Monday in amateur baseball action.

Sam Joseph went a perfect 4-for-4 with two doubles and five RBIs. Andy Fitzgerald knocked out two hits and had three RBIs. Jason Falk and Steve Bennion singled. Tyler Falk notched his first career hit.

Cory Anderson earned the win on the mound to improve to 2-0.
