Case Manger Brandi Netolicky was chosen as employee of the month of May for the James River Correctional Center.

Case Manger Brandi Netolicky was chosen as employee of the month of May for the James River Correctional Center. She has been a crucial part of the success of the effective communication motivational strategies. She uses her skills daily in interactions with staff and inmates. Her ideas and insights are responsible for the many successes of the ECMS implementation, her supervisor said. They said she gives each person individual time and attention to ensure the Department of Corrections’ commitment to providing opportunities for change.

Netolicky received the award due to her work ethic, listening skills and her contributions to the JRCC.
