30th annual ACC tourney Aug. 11

The 30th Annual Anne Carlsen Center Benefit Golf Tournament is scheduled for Aug. 11 at Jamestown Country Club.

Registration begins at 8 a.m. with a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Hole prizes and cash will be available. Contests include hole-in-one, putting contest, first to hit the sand and more.

Cost is $100 per person, which includes 18 holes of golf, golf cart, wind shirt, dinner following tournament and contest registration.

A social is planned for Aug. 11 at 5:30 p.m. at the country club.

Money raised by the tournament helps fund ACC students weeklong camping experience at Camp Grassick.

The tournament is the longest running benefit golf tournament in the state.
