Special events
Nortonville Centennial Celebration. Events begin with a parade at 1 p.m. followed by bed races, a ladies tea, a cantata at the Catholic Church, father/son hoop shoot, games for kids, a community kickball game, Karaoke (Nortonville’s got talent!) and a street dance.
Carman performs, 6 p.m., First Baptist Church, 403 Third Ave SE. Tickets at the door: $15 for general admission and $20 VIP seating with a meet and greet afterward. An offering will be taken for Carman.
Wild West Shoot-Out, 3 p.m., Frontier Village.
