Letter to the editor: Fairgrounds a perfect place to hold various events
JunKin’ CuZins would like to thank the Stutsman County Fair Board, the vendors and our customers for making the first Junk Jubilee a tremendous success. We are excited to be hosting the second annual JunKin’ CuZins Junk Jubilee — June 29, 2013. Hope to see you there!

Wow! What a blast for the facilities at the Stutsman County Fairgrounds with the all these events within a two-week period: Junk Jubilee; Circle Cross Horse Show; Stutsman County Fair exhibits, free entertainment and midway; James River Rodeo; and Jamestown Speedway races. Other summer events at the fairground area include trap shooting and go-cart racing.
Stutsman County and surrounding areas are fortunate to have such a fine facility to be able to host so many activities. Behind each and every event are the dedicated workers, from the event planners to the volunteers to paid staff who all put in hours and hours making sure all the details are covered so everything will run smoothly. Hats off to all who made these events happen!
Thank a volunteer today!
