A Mandan man accused of possessing child pornography now also faces an unrelated charge for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.
BISMARCK (AP) — A Mandan man accused of possessing child pornography now also faces an unrelated charge for allegedly having sexual contact with a child.
The Bismarck Tribune reported that 68-year-old Harold Fetzer has been charged with felony gross sexual imposition.
He was charged earlier this month with possessing prohibited materials after officers identified him as a possible participant in a peer-to-peer network that shared child pornography. He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on Aug. 14 in that case.
