Eslinger, Bivens

Emily Eslinger and Jason Bivens, both Wilton, N.D., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Calvin and Connie Eslinger, Hannaford, N.D., and Mark and Karen Bivens, Jamestown.

Emily’s grandparents are Albert Eslinger, Hannaford, and the late Loretta Eslinger, and Helen Johnson, Cooperstown, N.D, and Roland and Delores Johnson, Finley, N.D.

Jason’s grandparents are Barb Brisben, Jamestown, and the late Rex Brisben, and Duane Olafson, Jamestown, and the late Ruby Olafson.

Emily is a 2006 graduate of Griggs County Central High School, Cooperstown, and a 2010 graduate of North Dakota State University, Fargo, N.D., with a bachelor’s degree in sports and recreation management. She is a life enrichment coordinator at Primrose Retirement Community, Bismarck, N.D.

Jason is a 2003 graduate of Jamestown High School, Jamestown, and a 2008 graduate of NDSU with a degree in zoology. He is an environmental specialist at SWCA Environmental Consultants, Bismarck.

An Aug. 25 wedding is planned at Faith Lutheran Church, Hannaford, followed by a reception and dance at Cooperstown Country Club, Cooperstown.
