Bennion wins youth tournament at Hillcrest

Sierra Bennion won the 9-hole division of the Jamestown Sticks for Kids junior golf tournament on Wednesday at Hillcrest Golf Course.

Bennion carded a round of 37 to finish five holes in front of her brother, Cole. Maria LeFevre was third with a round of 49. The tournament was played from the yellow markers.

In the 6-hole division, Thomas Schmiedeberg had the top score, posting a score of 29 from the 150-yard markers.
