Rose, Dockter

Jennifer Rose and Brandon Dockter, both Streeter, N.D., announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Gary and Darlene Rose, Rugby, N.D., and Clydell and Mary Dockter, Streeter.

Jennifer is a 1998 graduate of Rugby High School, Rugby, and studied business management at the University of Mary, Bismarck, N.D. She is a city auditor and finance director for the city of Streeter, Streeter.

Brandon is a 1996 graduate of Gackle-Streeter High School, Streeter, and a 1998 graduate of Bismarck State College, Bismarck. He is self-employed.

A Sept. 22 wedding is planned at 4 p.m. First Lutheran Church, Rugby, with a reception and dance to follow at the Rugby Eagles Club, Rugby.
