Twenty-four-year-old Lucinda Touchine was charged Wednesday with felony aggravated assault for allegedly striking her 19-year-old nephew.
Police Lt. Bob Haas told the Bismarck Tribune that the man reported that his aunt had struck him in the head three times with a hammer after he made a comment about her mother. Touchine told police her nephew had attacked her first.
