JRCC promotes Netolicky

Brandi Netolicky accepted a promotion to unit manager at the James River Correctional Center effective Aug. 1. Netolicky started with the JRCC in May 2000 as a correctional officer. She was promoted to correctional caseworker in November 2004. In August 2007, Netolicky was promoted to lieutenant. She took a lateral move in May 2009 to the position of case manager.

Netolicky is the coordinator for JRCC for effective communication and motivational strategies and was recently recognized for these efforts by being selected as employee of the month. She was also selected as employee of month in March 2009, April 2004 and November 2002. Netolicky is a long-standing member of the Crisis Negotiation Team, has completed all phases of the training required for this team, and is its assistant team leader. She has received numerous letters of appreciation and commendation during her employment with the JRCC.
