Opp, Lukach

Chelsey Opp and Blake Lukach, both Fargo, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.

Parents of the couple are Gary and Joan Opp, Fargo, and Dan and Angie Lukach, Jamestown.

Chelsey is a 2007 graduate of Fargo South High School, Fargo, and a 2011 graduate of The Salon Professional Academy, Fargo, with a vocational certificate in cosmetology. She is a cosmetologist at Cloud 9 Salon and Day Spa, West Fargo, N.D.

Blake is a 2007 graduate of Jamestown High School and a 2012 graduate of Minnesota State Community and Technical College, Moorhead, Minn., with an associate’s degree in construction management. He is an assistant estimator/field engineer at Opp Construction, Fargo. He has served in the North Dakota National Guard since 2009.

A Sept. 1 wedding is planned at Hope Lutheran Church South Campus, Fargo, with a reception to follow at the Ramada Plaza and Suites.
